EXPLOSIVE,POWERFUL,INTENSE and RAW is just some of the words to describe Chris Ivory. The New Orleans Saints continue to find talent in the most obscure of places. As an undrafted free agent RB, Chris Ivory ran for over 700 yards and 5 TD’s; in only 137 carries, averaging 5.2 ypc(which lead all backs on the team), in his rookie year.
Those numbers may not sound impressive, but a lot has to be put into consideration. Ivory only played 12 games; started in one-third of those games, while splitting carries between two other backs in the remaining games. Not to mention, he only finished two entire games of those four he started, due to injury.
